I qualified as a coach over 17 years ago, and since then I have built up thousands of hours of coaching, working with board members, GPs, Directors, Senior Leaders, Charity CEOs and footballers. I love coaching and I continue to hone my approach through continual professional development, action learning and being a member of the Association for Coaching.
